Technical problems on our end have slowed down our posts to the blog.  I am sorry for any inconvenience this may caused.  All is going well here.  It has been a great week with lots accomplished.  Today we visited the nursing home and had a great visit with friends there.  Some are long time relationships.  It is a blessing to visit them.  I hope you all have a great weekend.  Take time to enjoy the blessing that surround you.

"I am the vine; you are the branches.  If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." (John 15:5). This is the verse I thought of today as we worked at the girl’s house separating the grape vine and the raspberry bushes tangled together and pruning the branches.  On our own... we can do nothing.  We could not solve the challenges that have come up the past few days but with Him all things are possible.  It is with praise and thanksgiving that we report ....flight tickets are now in hand and we got our visa card back with no problems.  The bank corrected the error of a few days ago when we tried to order flights online.  Dale found what was needed and fixed the washing machine.  And it even looks like the hot water could be returning.  It is flowing and warm.  Our awesome Father is the vine dresser that cares for our needs. A bide in Him today my friends.  Thanks for the prayers.

Yesterday was Victory Day here.  All of Russia celebrated with parades at the same hour.  We watched the big one from Red Square on TV.  It was very impressive.  This year was the 65 yr anniversary and they invited military from all the Allies that fought together.  There was even a representative from Germany as an act of forgiveness.  We in America do not realize the depth to this.  Our soil was blessed not to have been a battle field.  Today the holiday continues so no work.  But the internet store was open and we got our internet going.  PTL!!  Gentle winds are now drying the ground after the snow and rains.  Pray it will stay dry so we can begin our first work project.  The girls house needs skirting and a roof over the porch . Tomorrow we begin by finding and pricing materials.
